Terms of service

This agreement

These terms apply when you create an account with Photon Stores, build a store with it, or use any part of the service. By using Photon Stores you agree to them. If you use Photon Stores for a business, you agree on behalf of that business.

Your account

You must give accurate details when you sign up and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including actions by team members you invite. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.

Your store and content

You own your store's content: your products, words, pictures, logo and customer data. You give us permission to host, copy and display it only so we can run the service for you.

Content Photon Stores generates for your store, including copy and photographs, is yours to use for your business. Check it before you publish it: you are responsible for what your store says and sells.

What you may not do

You may not use Photon Stores to:

• sell anything illegal in the places you sell to
• copy another business's name, words, pictures or trademarks
• mislead shoppers about prices, products or reviews
• break the security of the service or of other stores
• send spam or collect data you have no right to

We may suspend a store that breaks these rules.

Payments and shoppers

Shoppers pay you through payment providers such as Razorpay, under their own terms. You are the seller: you are responsible for your products, delivery, returns, refunds, invoices and the taxes on your sales.

Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance for each period. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice. You can cancel at any time; your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.

Closing your store

You can close your store at any time. A closed store goes offline at once and its data is deleted 30 days later. We may close an account that breaks these terms, with notice where we can give it.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep Photon Stores running and secure, but the service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
