Close a store
An owner can close a store from its settings. It goes offline at once, and the store and its data are deleted for good 30 days later. Within those 30 days, write to us if you closed it by mistake.
Delete your account
Write to hello@photonstores.com from the email on your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm it is you, then delete your account and any stores you alone own. We reply within 30 days.
If you shopped at a store built with Photon Stores
The store you bought from controls your data. Contact that store first. If you cannot reach them, write to us with the store's address and we will pass on your request.
What we keep
Some records must be kept by law even after deletion, such as tax invoices. We keep only those, only as long as required.
